Securing Investment with Aerial Visualization
It highlights the property's proximity to key amenities, waterfronts, or transit hubs, instantly demonstrating the location's strategic value and the development's competitive edge in the market.
Technical Mastery for Large-Scale CGI
Using powerful tools like 3ds Max and the Corona rendering engine, our team expertly manages these massive datasets. We ensure the lighting remains physically accurate and the textures stay crisp, even when viewed from a thousand feet in the air.

We Have Answers
Do we need to provide drone photography for an aerial render?
It is highly recommended for the best accuracy and cost-efficiency, but it is not mandatory. If drone footage isn’t available, we can build the surrounding environment entirely in 3D using satellite data, topographical maps, and proxy models.
What is a "drone photomontage"?
A photomontage is when we take a high-resolution photograph captured by a drone and digitally insert your new 3D building into it. We meticulously match the camera angle, lens distortion, and sun position so the building looks like it was there when the photo was taken.
Can you show the surrounding neighborhood and amenities?
Yes! Aerial shots are perfect for this. We can highlight proximity to parks, schools, highways, or the ocean. We can even add subtle graphical overlays or map pins to point out key local amenities directly on the render to aid your marketing team.
How high should the aerial view be?
It depends on the project. A “low altitude” aerial (around 50-100 feet) is great for showing the roofline and immediate property boundaries of a single residential home. A “high altitude” aerial (400+ feet) is better for master-planned communities, skyscrapers, and showing broader city context.
How long does an aerial 3D rendering take?
Because of the massive scale and environmental detail required, aerial renders take slightly longer than standard exteriors. You can expect an initial draft within 7 to 12 business days, depending on whether we are using a drone photo background or building a full 3D city from scratch.
